Return Period
You have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to return your orgonite product.
Conditions for Returns
- For orgonite pyramids or items received damaged or sent in error, please contact our customer care team within 3 days of receiving the item at hello.alchemy808@gmail.com. We will be happy to assist you.
- All returns must be shipped back within the 30-day return timeframe.
- Customized orgonite orders are not eligible for returns or refunds but can be repaired if received damaged.
Refund/Replacement Options
- If your orgonite item is damaged or incorrect, you may choose from the following options:
- Receive store credit.
- Opt for repair of the damaged orgonite product.
- Request a replacement with the correct orgonite item.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized orgonite items, tailored to your specifications, cannot be returned or refunded but can be repaired in case of damage during transit.
Return Shipping for Damaged Orgonite Products
For damaged or incorrect orgonite products, please reach out to our customer service team to initiate a return or repair request. Alchemy 808 will provide prepaid return shipping labels.
Exchanges
Please note that we do not facilitate exchanges after the orgonite purchase is finalized unless item is incorrect or damaged in transit.
